Abstract
Abstract
|
The main objective of this project is to improve the detection of abnormal milk and mastitis with automatic milking (AM). Specific objectives are to develop software modules that process AM sensor data to 1) detect and separate abnormal milk, 2) detect mastitis, and 3) determine the most likely mastitis causing pathogen. The software modules will be developed using data mining techniques. Data mining can be described as the process of finding new and potentially useful knowledge from existing large databases. |
