De waarborging van de positie van de verdediging na de herstructurering van het vooronderzoek 2011. Het vooronderzoek in strafzaken wordt op de schop genomen. Mijn doel is te onderzoeken of de positie van de verdediging al dan niet verbetert door de herstructurering van het vooronderzoek.
